Hole the wall but so good! Love that they don't have plates or glass anything! Just paper disposable boxes for the dim sum! Service was good. Wish we had more like this in SoCal!

Excellent Dim Sum place. Small homely atmosphere. Quick service - need to pre-order & grab a place. The Shiu Mai, Shrimp-Chive dumping were perfectly done. Loved the Steamed BBQ Pork Bun. The best Chicken wings I have had in a long time, very lightly battered & not over sauced. Steamed Sponge cake was fresh & light. Mango pudding was delectable. Loved the place. The prices are lowest I have seen in the Bay area & the quality much better than large, famous chain restaurants. Absolute must try for Dim Sum lovers.

We came here with a party of 4 for dinner during the week. They are located in a small shopping center next to the post office with fairly limited parking and pretty tight spaces. Would definitely say it's more of a 'to go' spot especially if you have more than 2 ppl. The selection of dim sum is fairly limited/basic however we still enjoyed plenty of what they did offer which included: shiu mai, har gow, potstickers, baked bbq pork buns and shrimp spring rolls. Our daughter also order the cucumbers which she really enjoyed! The only thing everyone agree'd on that wasn't great or what we were used to was the milk tea. Service was fast and the cost was reasonable.

For a fast-casual dim sum spot, the experience was decent overall. The server was friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The shumai, har gow, egg tart, and spare ribs were quite solid. However, the custard bun could have used more custard. While the salt and pepper wings were fried nicely, they lacked the expected flavor. The Xiao long bao needed to be soupier. The spicy wontons were somewhat one-dimensional, tasting mostly of chili oil; a bit of soy sauce or vinegar could improve them. This place is decent for a quick dim sum fix, and the pet-friendly outdoor seating is a nice touch.
